Daily Production Goals

Let’s Get Them Numbers Up
Imagine if we were to sell every item in the store in one day.
Of course, this would be a great thing. On the other hand, if we didn’t have the inventory to replace these items, we wouldn’t have anything to sell the next few days! Daily production quotas are vital in order to ensure that we have enough inventory to replace outgoing items. Quotas vary between the stores and also vary depending on what items sell, sales, or amount of producible inventory. A good rule of thumb is to always shoot for at least 500 tags between clothing and bric-a-brac. Communication between your manager and guys on the floor is a vital part of making sure we hit these daily production goals.
