Measuring Success

Break Out Your Tape Measures

Success is a powerful word in life and in recovery.
While working at Beacon House Thrift Shop, your success will primarily come from your ability to take what you are learning in recovery and practice those same principles in a workforce environment. Sometimes, you will fall short, but you will learn from your mistakes and only continue to improve.
And hey…you got this!
In the digital marketing realm, success is measured directly from data.
Big ol beautiful data is the key to optimizing any digital marketing strategy. And trust me, we fall short and learn from our mistakes ALL THE TIME.
On Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, this data is presented in how many people within your targeted audience saw your content and then how many of them engaged with that content. Engagement occurs when someone likes, follows, comments, or shares your content. If it’s a video, engagement is also counted when watched for over three seconds.

For Google Ads, the data is presented a little differently. You look at how many impressions you are making with your Ad vs. how many clicks your Ad is actually getting. This is called your Click-through rate (CTR).

Using this data, we can look at which campaigns have done the best, which have done the worst, and then optimize so that we are continuously improving and growing.
Isn’t the data beautiful! 😀
QUOTE OF THE DAY
Is the reality of your situation the problem, or do you just have a problem with reality?
