Module Goals

The Logistics and Operations module aims to provide in-depth training lessons to solidify our team members’ understanding of the duties and requirements associated with jobs in this department.

After completing this module, participants will better understand the Beacon House Thrift Shop’s donation pick-up process, driver operations, donor/customer service requirements, and safety requirements.

The priority focus for this module is safety. The nature of this work presents several safety considerations – your safety and the safety of your team is the top priority.
